At Off Road Motors, we’re committed to keeping the spirit of adventure alive by restoring and repairing powersports machines that others overlook. We specialize in off-brand, vintage, and well-worn ATVs, dirt bikes, and more — offering expert, honest, and fearless service with a passion for performance and reliability. Our mission is to earn our customers’ trust with every repair, treating every ride like it’s our own.

Terms & Conditions

Assumption of Risk: Powersports vehicles, including but not limited to ATVs, dirt bikes, go-karts, and UTVs, are inherently dangerous and involve risk of serious injury or death. Off Road Motors is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during or after use of the vehicle, whether or not the repair or service was performed by us.

No Warranty on Pre-Existing Conditions: Our services may involve working on older or off-brand units that may have unknown or pre-existing mechanical or structural issues. Off Road Motors does not guarantee the performance or longevity of the entire vehicle, only the specific parts and services listed on the invoice.

Limited Warranty on Labor: We offer a limited [30-day] warranty on labor performed, covering only the specific repairs completed. This warranty does not cover unrelated breakdowns, misuse, neglect, racing, or off-road abuse.

Parts Liability: Customer-supplied parts are installed at the customer’s own risk. Off Road Motors is not responsible for defects or failures in any parts not purchased directly through us.

Storage & Abandonment: Vehicles left on the premises for more than [14 days] after notification of completion may incur storage fees. Units left for over [90 days] may be considered abandoned and subject to lien or sale.

Authorization: Customer affirms they are the legal owner or authorized agent of the vehicle and grants Off Road Motors permission to operate and test the vehicle as needed for diagnostic and repair purposes.

Customers with repairs estimated at over $500.00 will be required to pay a 50% deposit or cover cost of parts prior to service.
